System characteristics include: Operate in the 136-174Mhz frequency range -- Incorporated, NSA approved, Type 1 COMSAC features -- Employ key variable zeroize feature -- Provide both 12kb and 16kb encryption capability -- Store and select from at least 4 key variables -- Weigh less than 24 ounces -- Dimensions not to exceed 7.5" x 3.0" x 1.2" -- Minimum of 4 hour battery life -- Store and select from 120 programmable channels -- Provide cloning capability -- Allow for remote operation -- Environmentally protected and ruggedized.
