67 -- PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENTG DUE 020800 POC Contract Specialist -- Natividad Cereceres, 505-678-1931 White Sands Missile Range seeks to identify responsible sources and obtain informaton in regard to procuring two High Frame Rate Digital Color CMOS Cameras and two High Frame Rate Digital Monochrome CMOS Cameras with continuous video viewing and integral IRIG-B time stamp. The continuous NTSC video viewing, even during recording, and the IRIG time stamp is required for use on range tracking mounts. These compact, light sensitive, ruggedized (field usable) high-g networkable imagers must provide 2 second recording of 512x512 pixels @ 1000 frames per second. Record up to 30,000 allocated frames per second and have an exposure time adjustable to 10 microsecond. Have c-mount lens option, good anti-blooming control, variable trigger, pre/post trigger (short and TTL low), produce both digital AVI video file and TIFF file with IRIG time tag displayed. Immediate post-test NTSC video view of event @ 30 fps (in slow motion). To be considered, respondents must meet or exceed, and demonstrate the performance stated. No other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Respondents must submit descriptive literature or specifications for purpose of evaluating as to whether the required agency requirements are met.
