The request for quotation will be 100 percent set aside for Small Businesses. The Immigration and Naturalization Service has a requirement for conversion of INS forms from hardcopy to electronic format. INS requires the conversion of 84 INS paper forms/346 pages to the JetForm 5.1 or later version into a format that can be downloaded, printed and completed electronically via the internet using any commercially available microcomputer listed in the Statement of Work.
