The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services to be provided shall include inpatient/outpatient hospital services, inpatient/outpatient physician services, and outpatient institution services. Services shall be provided within a 75 mile radius of the Federal Transfer Center. The contract type is a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for these periods are as follows: Base Year -- 950 inpatient days, 220 outpatient visits, Option Year 1 -- 980 inpatient days, 235 outpatient visits, Option Year 2 -- 1010 inpatient days, 250 outpatient visits, Option Year 3 -- 1040 inpatient days, 280 outpatient visits, Option Year 4 -- 1070 inpatient days, 310 outpatient visits.
