Non-personal commercial services to provide Orgal Surgery Outpatient Clinics at the Colville Indian Health Center, Acquisition Division, POB 71-Agency Campus, Nespelem, Washington 99155. Two (2) 1-day clinics shall be held each month for eight (8) hours each day. Services must meeet the standards of the clinic's accrediting body (AAAHC). The Contractor shall have a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Surgery (DDS); have and maintain a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine; have a minimum of three (3) years graduate training in orgal surgery and posses a certificate in oral surgery. Award of a firm-fixed contract, that is the best value to the Government is anticipated. The base year is anticipated to be from March 01, 2000 to September 30, 2000, including (2) option years.
