CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE CALFED BAY-DELTA PROGRAM. POC Debra Keith

Federal Government, Bureau of Reclamation, intends to make an award to
Mr. Dave Peterson to support the CALFED Bay-Delta Program for the
water recycling incentive program. The prerequisite for this award
requires extensive experience with water recycling. In addition, the
contractor must have extensive knowledge of related goals and issues,
and must be able to convene ad hoc stakeholder committee meetings in a
short time period. The contractor must be a neutral party with
knowledge of the interested parties, including municipalities,
environmental interest groups, academic representatives, and
governmental representatives, and associated issues and deadlines. The
proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to
solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR
Part 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and
capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. No
solicitation exists, and this notice of intent is not a request for
competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days
after date of publication of synopsis will be considered by the
Government. Information received will be considered solely for the
purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
