Burt to support the CALFED Bay-Delta Program for estimating evaporation on irrigated agricultural lands in California for agricultural water use efficiency element. The prerequisite for this award requires extensive experience with evaporation research. In addition, the contractor must have extensive knowledge of the interested parties, including environmental interests groups, academic representatives, and governmental representatives, and agricultural interests and associated issues and deadlines. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after the date of publication of synopsis will be considered by the Government.
