The work of this project consists of the construction of the new Blue Ridge Music Center including restroom building, Luthier's Shop, Amphitheater with stage and shelter, and associated site work and utilities. Also included is a vehicular entrance from the Blue Ridge Parkway and associated access road and parking. LOCATION: The facility will be located near milepost 213.5 on the Blue Ridge Parkway near the City of Galax, Grayson and Carroll Counties, Virginia. Magnitude of the project is between $1 million and $5 million. Request for solicitation packages must be in writing on company letterhead stationary. TELEPHONE REQUEST AND FAX REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Letter requests must be accompanied with a check in the amount of $250.00 made payable to the US Treasury. Cashiers check, US Postal Money Order or Company check will be acceptable instruments to receive the solicitation, plans and specifications.
