This is a solicitation for an INDEFINITE QUANTITY TYPE CONTRACT (IQC) for supplies specified. Solicitation is for a GUARANTEED MINIMUM PER YEAR for BASIC and OPTION YEARS is 50 each and GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PER YEAR for BASIC and OPTION YEARS is 200 each. The quantities of supplies specified in the schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this solicitation. Per Clause 52.211-9G50(FI6), any supplies to be furnished under the resulting contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders by the activities designated in the clause. Such orders may be issued from the effective date of the award of the basic contract through a date exactly 365 days after the date of the award. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for four (4) optional one year periods as described at DSCR clause 52.217-9G08(I91).
