The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for a contractor to furnish and deliver, in varying times and quantities, approximately 11,600 tons of Item 247, Type A or B, Grade #2 flexible roadbase material as defined in the State of Texas, Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Construction of Highways, Streets and Bridges. Material shall be delivered by end dumping or bottom dumping along various roads as directed by the Government at the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, Chambers County, Texas. Delivery orders may be placed for the period of eighteen months following contract award. This is a fixed price-requirements contract. This acquisition is open to both large and small business under SIC Code 5032.
