Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for an experienced
contractor to furnish all necessary labor, material, services and
equipment to remove tile roof and replace with a metal roof on existing
Flying X Ranch housing unit at the Balcones Canyonlands National
Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge is located on FM 1174, Bertram, Burnet
County, Texas. Work includes, but not limited to, removal of existing
tile roof, dimensions are approximately 40' x 110', replacement of
damaged wood overhangs or soffits, and replace with metal roofing. All
work shall be in accordance the soliciation, specifications and
drawings, and all applicable State and local codes. This acquisition is
open to both large and small business under the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program under SIC Code 1761. The price
range for this project is under $100,000.00. Issue date is on or about
