Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate sole source with Michigan State University, Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, 234 GM Trout Building, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI 48824-1224. For the acquisition of the following: (1) Lyophilized rabbit anti-satratoxin G antibody, 1 ml per vial, (2) Lyophilized satratoxin G-horseradish conjugate, 0.5 mg per vial and (3) Satratoxin G standard, 10 ug per vial. EPA believes that Michigan State University is the only vendor capable of satisfying the requirements stated above. No solicitation will be available. All interested parties who believe they can provide the required items should fully explain their capabilities in writing within 15 days of the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is determined if any source(s) exist and therefore no RFQ is available.
