The Oregon Army National Guard is requesting the installation of a dedicated clear channel T-1 telecommunications circuit for the LaGrande Armory Distance Learning Classroom. This circuit must be a point to point dedicated connection from the LaGrande Armory located in LaGrande, Oregon to the Oregon Military Department located in Salem, Oregon. Information provided indicates that all other apparent contractors are unable to provide the following requirements: 1.) Service Information- a.) Service Type: Point to Point T-1's with CSU's. b.) Application: Voice, Data, Video. c.) Framing/Line Coding: ESFB8ZS. 2.) Location 1 Information: The LaGrande Armory, 404 12th Street, LaGrande, Oregon 97850. Required on-site Equipment Information: a.) ATM Switch-Make/Model: First Virtual Corporation. b.) CSU/DSU: (1) Kentrox DataSmart 656 or Larscom Split- T FT1 Access Multiplexer. c.) Interface type (if applicable): v.35 (All channels to Port1). 3.) Location 2 Information: Oregon Army National Guard Military Department, 1776 Militia Way SE, Salem, Oregon 97309. Required on-site Equipment Information: a.) ATM Switch- Make/Model: First Virtual Corporation. b.) CSU/DSU: (1) Kentrox DataSmart 656 or Larscom Split-T FT1 Access Multiplexer. c.) Award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration database and those in compliance with VETS-100 reporting requirements.
