All paint stripping and refinishing painting shall be in accordance with Gulfstream Aerospace GAMPS 4000 and the materials manufacturer specifications. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Solicitation will be issued on or about February 7, 2000 with an award date of approximately March 1, 2000. Offerors will have 15 days after solicitation issuance to submit their proposals.
