R -- MODIFICATION TO THE CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL INCIDENT RESPONSE FORCE Capt. Christian, Contracting Officer, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany, is currently executing year two of a five year contract (years 3-5 are options) with the period of performance from September 1, 1998 to August 31, 2000. MCLB, Albany will increase the administrative contract ceiling to relect more accurate estimated of the amount that will be exercised for the contract, given the unanticipated increase in the need for services provided. This action will increase the ceiling from $20,500,000 to $50,500,000. All other conditions remain unchanged. A new procurement for services to be provided after August 31, 2000 is pending. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A written response shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement.
