Specialist, 505-248-6795 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2,
has a requirement for an experienced contractor to furnish all
necessary labor, material, services and equipment to remove tile roof
and replace with a metal roof on existing Flying X Ranch housing unit
at the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge is
located on FM 1174, Bertram, Burnet County, Texas. Work includes, but
not limited to, removal of existing tile roof, dimensions are
approximately 40' x 110', replacement of damaged wood overhangs or
soffits, and replace with metal roofing. All work shall be in
accordance the soliciation, specifications and drawings, and all
applicable State and local codes. This acquisition is open to both
large and small business under the Small Business Competitiveness
Demonstration Program under SIC Code 1761. The price range for this
project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Issue date is on or
