The material will be disposed in the near shore disposal area some 8 miles south of the inlet. Material will be disposed landward of the (-)16-foot contour. Dredging is both landward and seaward of the COLREGS Demarcation Line. The nearshore disposal area is seaward of the COLREGS Demarcation Line. Only Coast Guard Certified vessels will be allowed to work in this project. Construction time is 120 calendar days. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
