This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There is one (1) solicitation number associated with this requirement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is a 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The solicitation number is F04684-00-T-0261. The NAICS is 336214 and the SIC is 3799. The Size Std. is 500. There is one (1) Line Item as follows: Services Non-Personal: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation and supervision necessary to supply a 24 foot 6 horse trailer (24 feet long by 81 inches wide by 7 feet tall, Weight: 6,500 pounds. Gross Vehicle Weight: 14,000 pounds. Color: white with no trim. Axle quantity: 2. Axle size: 7,000 pounds. Two (2) electric brakes with hydraulics. Upgrade axles to 7,000 pound each with TO Torsion and eight (8) lug wheels. Tires will be 235 by 85/16 ten (10) ply e-rated radials with 3042# capacity each. Trailer will have six (6) each tie rings, four (4) each 39-inch wide stalls. Six (6) saddle racks: three (3) each swing out and three (3) each across, tack wall mats on floor horse area and tack room. Supply one (1) each spare tire and wheel.
