Form, fit, and function, provides required aerodyna mic shape for the discharge air from the inner and outer annulus. A one year firm fixed price requirements contract with 2 option years is comtemplated by the government for the above item. BEQ's are; Year 1-48ea, Year 2-17ea, Year 3-13ea. 1st articles will be required. Government furnished drawings and specs are not available. The approximate issue/response date will be 23 Feb. 2000. The anticipated award date will be 24 March 2000. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation, to Gen. Electric, Beech Aircraft, Aeronca, and CTL Aerospace.
