This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. The solicitaion is (Request for Quotation) RFQ 01-00-010. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. This procurement falls within the definition of standard industrial classification code 3441. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Deomstration Program is not applicable to this procurement. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE: 10 each metal divider docks, each dock will have a different highth depending on the slope of the boat ramp, approx. 4' high. Docks are 30' long x 3'6" wide. Docks will be made up of 2"x3"x3/16" tubing and 2"x2"x3/16" tubing for braces. Docks will have 1"x3/16" bar grating on top docks for decking. 2-casters will be attached at the ends of the docks. Older docks can be looked at to give you an idea at all marina locations at the Flaming Gorge. All docks will be manufactured, painted and delivered to Manila, UT. There is two drawing, so if you are interested please call (801) 975-3443 and we will fax them to you. Delivery time is 60 calendar days from the time the purchase order is issued.
