The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and all clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is set aside totally for small business using Standard Industrial Code 3829. FOB Destination, Delivery destination: Base Supply, Bldg. 400, Malmstrom AFB MT. Acoustic Tiles for Acoustic Treatment. Quantity: 348 approx., unit of issue: each. Material Specifications: Sonex _ 1 Fire-Rated Acoustical Foam with Hypalon coating or equal. Size: 2_ X 4_ X 3_. Standard Industrial Code (SIC): 3296. Contractor to provide tiles and strategically place in various locations within the _3-Bay Hangar_ located on Malmstrom AFB, MT to reduce Articulated Loss of Consonants (ALCONs) in accordance with drawings and Statement of Work. The areato be covered is approximately 696 linear feet. The ceiling of the room for treatment is approximately 62 feet.
