This CBD announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) of

system designed to provide a local and metropolitan area switched
communications fabric for internet protocol, voice, and video data for
a deployable, ground-based tactical communications infrastructure. The
ICAP system is comprised of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) circuit
switches, hubs, routers, multiplexers, and encryption devices. The ICAP
configuration currently being fielded uses the REDCOM IGX*C [Integrated
Service Digital Network (ISDN) Gateway Exchange] switch. To support
international operations in USAFE, the Air Force requires the following
additional cards and activation of the international featureset: 2 each
International Feature Capability (EXPORT), 2 each Protocol Conversion
