The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to PSDI, twice the competitively awarded incumbent contractor, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-00-MTV-0044. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for continued support of the MAXIMO Computerized Maintenance Management system for the USCG. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All demonstrations of interest/capability/responses received by 4:00 p.m., CST, 1/28/2000 will be considered by the government.
