This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation F11623-00-T0246, for ADPE equipment and subscriptions as listed in the Schedule of Products and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, F11623-00-T0246, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation package includes a schedule of products and provisions/clauses. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the government.
