The purpose of the Market Study is to establish industry interest in the NATO Layered TBMD programme, solicit feedback on the draft SOW and associated data packages and to inform industry as to the scope of the work order that they can form any necessary teaming arrangements and be prepared to respond to the IFB when issued. Nations are requested to nominate qualified bidders to whom the Market Survey should be directed. Note that failure to be nomimated for the market survey or failure to respond to the Market Survey will in no way prejudice a company's participation in the International Competitive Bidding process for the FS contracts.
