Work includes, but is not limited to: construction drawings, construction period services, site inspection, asbestos assessment/abatement plans, and air monitoring required to install chillers, pumping systems, piping systems, electrical and controls, cooling towers, foundations, fan coil units, drainage, demolition, and restoration, all in accordance with the scope of work and in compliance with Life/Safety code. NOTE: Design will be for the entire building and construction will be phased over a five-year period.
