The General Services Administration intends to modify a delivery order to Defense Forecasts, Inc. on a GSA schedule delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-10F-0184J under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-00-CSC-0043. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-12. This modification is to add Training Symposia Support for consultants, equipment, and communications to labor already awarded as a schedule task order. This is an open market modification to a task order under GSA schedule contract GS-10F-0184J and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
