This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F41622-00MS034 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. Line item 0001 is to renew compact disk (CD) subscription, with Air Force wide user license to include up to 300 individual disks, postage and handling paid for up to 300 addresses for a period of 12 months, updated quarterly. The CD shall contain the latest version of the "Folio" software. The subscription shall run from 01 Sep 00 to 31 Aug 01. The CD shall contain the following: (a) CFR 20 OSHA Parts 1900-1990 including IOSHA, (b) CFR 40 EPA all 16 volumes, air, water, RCRA, SARA, and TSCA, (c) CFR 40 DOT Parts 40, 100-499 and all HAZMAT protocols and component OCONUS supplements, (e) Federal Register including updates and changes to the above CFRS, (f) training requirements for the above CFRS. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include the Representations and Certifications found in FAR Part 52.212-2.
