Computer Sciences Corporation CSC intends to issue via competition a solicitation for end-to-end telecommunication services between the US/Russia and throughout Russia, CommonWealth Independent States (CIS) for a base period of twenty four (24) months and three (3) one year options. Base period to begin 9/16/2000. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available in approximately thirty (30) days from the posted date of this synopsis to the firms that respond to this synopsis. The RFP will include technical documentation within Russia and an Infrastructure for existing and possible future circuit requirements. Interested and responsible parties shall provide sufficient information not later than 15 days such as company name, point of contact, a brief history of similar telecommunications services via e-mail to kaye.h.pettus@msfc.nasa.gov or Via Fax at 256-544-5828 to request a copy of the RFP.
