Synopses pertaining to the Support Services for Wargaming and Doctrine Education (SSWADE) requirement were previously posted under Solicitation Number F01600-99-R0025. These included F01600-99-R0025-1, F01600-99-R0025-2 and F01600-99-R0025-2A. This is a Commercial Activities Study pursuant to OMB Circular A-76. This is an updated synopsis, the anticipated requirement will be to procure Support Services for the Wargaming and Doctrine Education (SSWADE) at the Air University of Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Previous synopses stated this effort was planned as a 100 percent small business set aside. This effort envisions a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) and a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued using full and open competition (unrestricted) methods for the desired services. Small businesses are reminded that potential subcontracting opportunities will exist. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) remains unchanged. Anticipated milestones and contract type, as well as other information will follow in later synopses. It is anticipated that an Industry Day, Preproposal Conference and Site Visit will follow the release of a DRFP. Oral Presentations are also expected as a part of the formal source selection. Details of these activities are expected to be released in approximately one month.
