The purpose of BIZPRO is to assist Ukraine to achieve economic growth through small and medium enterprise development (SME) and to provide a mechanism whereby USAID can undertake micro, small and medium enterprise development initiatives in Belarus and Moldova. RFP will be issued via USAID's agency website (see instructions below). The contract's four component areas will be 1) Business management skills, competitiveness and productivity (assist business service providers, transfer international business standards and implement business incubator best practices); 2) SME policy environment (support to policy reformers, strengthen business associations, conduct surveys and updates, implement monitoring system); 3) Financial services to SMEs (Expand microfinance options through non-governmental finance organizations); and 4) Cross-cutting Issues and Buy-ins (Gender considerations, website communications, Moldova and Belarus buy-ins, and other potential buy-ins).
