This Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to issue a delivery order (0014), on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering agreement (BOA) N00421-98-G-1010, with ERIM International. ERIM shall provide development support for the Mode W program, related to signal and display processing algorithm development and demonstration. ERIM will also provide flight test support. ERIM is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort within the limited time constraints of the Navy.
