Services include the planning, coordinating and assisting in staging various conferences and meetings for the Federal Government. Also includes providing assistance in selecting the most cost advantageous sites (if required), and locating accommodations and facilities for various meetings and conferences throughout the United States. Contractor is required to provide labor, coordination/consultation planning services and supervision necessary to provide conference/meeting planner services. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a base contract with two one-year options. The maximum amount of the contract for each year is $400,000.00. The guaranteed minimum amount is $8,000.00 for the base year and $4,000.00 for each option year. The proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria, listed in the descending order of importance: 1) Management Proposal, 2) Experience of firm and proposed individual staff, 3) Past Performance and 4) Price Proposal.
