E -- TOILET TISSUE, AND TOILET TISSUE DISPENSERS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3360100BA010, is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is not a small business set-aside. This RFP has 2 line items: Item 0001, Toilet Tissue, white, usage form, roll, unperforated, two ply, sheet size 2,000 X3.78. 2,000 feet to a roll, six rolls to a case.; Item 0002, Toilet Tissue Dispensers, 600 each, jumbo roll dispenser, Holds one jumbo roll and has stub roll feature, size 18.25 X 16.875 X 4.75. All (RFP) shall include samples as specified in line items, 0001 and 0002, "Toilet Tissue ! and Toilet Tissue Dispenser" for technical evaluation. Note: If samples are not submitted with (RFP) you will be considered non-responsive. Delivery is required within 30 days of award, FOB destination, net 30 payment terms.
