Headquarters Air Mobility Command Contract Airlift (HQ AMC/DOYR) anticipates issuing a solicitation in which the contractor shall provide personnel, supervision, equipment, facilities, and liaison support to perform Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) for Air Mobility Command (AMC) missions at Buenos Aires, Argentina, Belize City, Belize, La Paz, Bolivia, Brasilia, Brazil, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, Santiago, Chile, Bogota, Colombia, San Jose, Costa Rica, Quito, Ecuador, San Salvador, El Salvador, Guatemala City, Guatemala, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Panama City, Panama, Asuncion, Paraguay, Lima, Peru, Montevideo, Uruguay, and Caracas, Venezuela. The contractor shall process, up/download, and document the movement of cargo and passengers. The contractor shall manage ATGHS to maintain a level of service that enhances the image of AMC. The contractor shall provide Electronic Data Interchange for manifesting cargo and passengers, creating and transmitting reports/messages, as well as accomplishing general communications. The contractor shall Arrange Services which will not be paid for under the contract in support of all AMC mission requirements. The contractor is responsible for establishing a Quality program, which provides safe and secure ATGHS. The period of performance is Base Year, 1 October 2000-30 September 2001, Option Year 1, 1 October 2001-30 September 2002, Option Year 2, 1 October 2002-30 September 2003, Option Year 3, 1 October 2003-30 September 2004, Option Year 4, 1 October 2004-30 September 2005.
