The contract is to repair and add/alter existing facility by constructing two new entry vestibules, new passenger lounge, toilet facilities, new drive in canopies, new standing seam roof, landscaping, upgrading/adding finishes, mechanical and electrical items and all other work as specified in the Technical Provisions and drawings. The Period of Performance: 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
