Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision to renovate Billeting Building Number 250, Griffith Hall, Fort Gordon, GA. Renovation includes eight (8) DVQ Suites and remodeling front desk area and public rest rooms. Additions include a hydraulic elevator, baggage room, patrons lobby, vestibule, covered entry and canopy. Work also includes the remodeling of one bath room at new elevator lobby on each floor. Resurfacing exterior of building with stucco, the repair of lighting protection system, and the replacment of all exterior glass and frames is also required. Renovation also includes extensive electrical and HVAC work. Performance time is 548 calendar days. This will be an indefinate-quantity contract and task orders will be issued as funds become available. Guaranteed minimum is projected at $1,000,000.00. Total estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Projected issue date is 07 Feb 2000 with a projected opening date of 07 Mar 2000. This project is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Only written and faxed requests for solicitation packages will be honored.
