PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Construct a new single point entrance to the PAX Terminal, modify existing facility as required to relocate the entrance, modify mechanical and electrical systems, construction of partitions, removal of existing windows, doors and entrances, placement of mylar film on existing windows. Magnitude is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. Performance period is 140 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 4 FEB 00 with a Closing Date of 07 MAR 00. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only and through the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Format for the specification is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There is no cost for the CD. There is a limited supply and will be given out on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. (Only one CD per company.) The CD will be sent upon written request.
