The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials and perform all necessary operations to repair the Child Care Center. Work includes upgrade of the facility's Life Safety Code requirements, installation of reheat coils in the HVAC to reduce humidity problems in the facility, and upgrade of the facility's kitchen to include expansion of kitchen space for food preparation. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Mr. Stephen J. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development.
