The work to be perfromed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Force Protection and Landscaping Renovation work in and around Building 500 at Malmstrom AFB Montana. Work elements to include, but not limited to, such work as Selective Demolition, Electrical, Concrete and Paving work, Doors and Windows, Masonry type work, and Landscaping. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of a 365 calendar day performance period. The solicitation will consist of the basic work and eight possible optional items. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 1 March 2000. Proposal Closing will be on or about 31 March 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation will only be available via written or faxed request submitted to the agency. The solicitation shall only be issued utilizing CD-ROM disks. Hard copy paper solicitations will not be issued. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award.
