The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Comand (SPAWAR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Inter-National Research Instititue, Inc. (INRI) of Reston, VA. The Navy requires continued development, integration, maintenance, and support of software application code for the Defense Information Infrastructure (DII) Common Operation Environment (COE) based systems, to include the Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) System and variants. This contract outlines the work required to develop and integrate the 4.X/5.X architecture based on the DII COE of UNIX and the Windows NT platforms, as well as sustaining the lifecycle support for already delivered DII COE-M based tactical and non-tactical solutions and derivative systems. This is a continuation of the current contract with INRI, N00039-98-C-0010. It is SPAWAR's intention to award a one year and ten month, cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort contract, with an estimated contract value of $35,000,000. See Note 22. Posted 01/25/00 (W-SN418933).
