The contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, local travel and travel to and from the Regional Office necessary to provide space planning services to the General Services Administration (GSA) for both the GSA and client agencies located in GSA controlled buildings and/or facilities. The work shall be performed throughout the Southeast Sunbelt Region which includes the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on March 2, 2000. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted in Atlanta, GA approximately two weeks after the solicitation issue date. The term of the contract shall be for one year with an option to extend the contract term for four additional one year periods.
