Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment,
tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items or services necessary to
perform Refuse Collection and Disposal Services at Randolph AFB &
Seguin Auxiliary Air Field Texas. The government will require the
contractor to accept the U.S. Government's International Merchant
Purchase Authorization Card (I.M.P.A.C.) for on call services.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The period of performance consists of a basic
contract period commencing 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sept 2001 plus five
one year options. The government will evaluate all offers for all
option years contained in the solicitation when awarding the basic
contract. This solicitation is set-aside for competitive 8(a) concerns.
A positive statement of eligibility is required. The Standard
Industrial Code (SIC) is 4953 with an applicable size standard of $6.0
million. Industry is invited and encouraged to view the draft
Statement of Work (SOW) and provide comments and recommendations to the
e-mail address listed below. The draft SOW and all subsequent documents
will be posted at www.eps.gov. To view these documents follow these
steps: click on EPS (Electronic Posting System) for vendors, click on
USAF-office, next click on Air Education and Training Command
-location, click on Randolph Contracting Squadron-posted items, and
click on the solicitation number. The solicitation will be issued to
industry on or about 9 FEB 00. In order to notify all interested
parties of changes to the solicitation documents after release, parties
must provide the following information: Company Name, address, phone
number, point of contact, and e-mail address to the e-mail address
listed below. Hard copies of solicitation documents will not be
provided to any source. Interested sources are responsible for
frequently reviewing any changes that may occur which will subsequently
be posted to the EPS website. Additionally, contractors should refer
