The standard Industrial Classification number is 4731 and the business size standard is $5M. The proposed contract is contemplated as a 100% Small Business (SB) Set Aside and all interested parties including those in the HUBZONE and 8A programs. NONPERSONAL SERVICES: This proposed acquisition is for the arrangement of Passenger Transportation Services. The contractor shall operate a full service travel office in the facilities provided by the government at Peterson AFB, which will include support for Shriever AFB and Cheyenne Mountain AS personnel, and at the USAFA, CO. The contractor shall provide the necessary computer software, hardware, and phone lines required to implement the reservation, ticketing, and management report requirements. In addition, contractor shall have all approvals and licensing required to operate the airlines travel reservation system and shall be capable of operating with minimal transition period (less than a week). All sources capable of performing on a contract of this magnitude are invited to respond.
