The contractor shall lease to the government a Telescoping Material Handler to include, but not limited to, machine with minimum 42 ft. lift height; Cummings diesel engine; variable speed hydrostatic transmission; 48 inch tilt carriage; two pallet forks, 48 inch; lift capacity 6,000 lb. minimum, lift capacity 8,000 lb. maximum. Optional work platform (8 ft.). The telescopic material handler offered must be at least year 2000 with an odometer mileage of no more than 500. All standard equipment per specifications. The material handler shall be delivered FOB destination to The National Center for Toxicological Research, Jefferson, Arkansas complete and ready to use. The contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and all repairs to the equipment. The lease period is for one base year with two one year option period. The lease shall include an option to buy.
