The project consists of removal of the existing polyurethane foam spray-applied insulation and elastomeric coating roofing, and the installation of a standing seam metal roofing system over two layers of new rigid insulation, OSB and ice / water shield membrane on Building 201 at Clear AS, Alaska. Area of the roof is approximately 19,600 square feet. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The SIC Code is 1761 and the size standard is $7M.
