WILSON, PORT TOWNSEND, WA. Only written requests for solicitations will
be accepted. Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to
install new roofing materials at a Duplex, Single Family Residence,
Garage and Workshop at Point Wilson Lightstation. The work includes,
but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove existing asphalt
shingles, roll roofing, felt, flashing, gutters and downspouts and
replace with new materials at the duplex, single family residence,
garage and workshop shown on the drawing; B. Demolish existing flue at
single family residence; B. Prep, prime and paint new and existing
fascia board at eaves and rakes in color to match existing; D. Paint
new flashing and sheet metal. CONTINGENCY ITEM: Replace plywood
sheathing and fascia board affected by dry rot as required. Drawings
and specifications can be obtained on a first come first served basis.

performance period is 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to
Proceed. The procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small
business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1761. Small business
size standard is $7.0 million. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION
BEING SOLICITED AND ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND.

prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
