Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and transportation to perform start-up services for cooling systems and equipment at various location at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. This contract consists of two parts. The first part is performing chiller start-up services and the second part is to respond to the service calls from authorized government personnel and submit proposal (estimates) for repairs and services. This contract shall consist of a base period and two option years, begining, March 1, 2000 through September 30, 2002. This requirement is unrestricted. SIC 7623, size standard is $5 million.
