Lutz VA Medical Center is soliciting for a contractor to provide qualified compentent personnel, equipment, supplies, and management support to perform dictation and transcription services, including but not limited to hardware, software, utilities, tools, parts, telephone lines, materials and labor. Material transcripbed includes a high incidence of technical terminology and requires a knowledge of specialized vocabularies which will encompass a variety of sugjects in the field of medicine and surgery to include: anesthesiology, cardiology, dermatology, denistry, drug and alcohol treatment, endocrinology, general medicine, etc. The contractor's adaptation to variations in accents, speech, tone, voice volume, delivery, pronunciation and enunciation. This solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and is advertised as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The standard industry code is 7338 with a size standard of $5 milliondollars. Contract base year period will be one year from date of award with four one year options.
