PHD NSWC/INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL GENERAL SESSION MEERING The Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Government and Industry Partnership Council will hold its Spring 2000 General Session Council Meeting on 23 February, 2000 at the Marriott Residence Inn, Oxnard, California. This year's theme: "Partnering for Success in the 21st Century" will be addressed by a number of speakers, workshops, and presenters during the full day's session. The meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration starting at 7:00 am. Registration fee is $40.00 and must be received no later than 18 February 2000.
